MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE’S LIFE BY MAKING A GIFT

The mission of compassionate healing that began with the Sisters of Bon Secours in 1824 continues today….it lives in the hearts of the caregivers and staff of Schervier Nursing Care Center.

From physicians, nurses and certified nurse assistants, to social workers, dieticians, speech therapists and chaplains, to rehabilitation therapists and any staff members who provide care—our health care providers do their best every day to be good help to all those in need.

By making a gift to Bon Secours New York Health System, Schervier Nursing Care Center, you are investing in the future of healthcare by providing needed resources to improve the quality of life of all our residents.  Help us continue the tradition of compassionate healthcare with your support. Thank you for your interest in Bon Secours New York Health System.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

Annual Fund - unrestricted gifts enable us to direct funds to the areas of greatest need.

Guardian of “Good Help” – honor a caregiver who has provided exceptional care by making a donation in their name.  The caregiver you honor will receive a special acknowledgement from our CEO.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts – honor someone special with a tribute or memorial gift.

Family Footsteps Program

The Family Footsteps program is a meaningful way to commemorate the passing of a loved one, remember a friend’s birthday, wedding, bar mitzvah or anniversary.  A personalized brick with an inscribed message is a nice way of saying, “I care about you.”

Each brick becomes a part of the garden and entrance way to Schervier Nursing Care Center.  This is a permanent and prominent way to memorialize your loved one.

Please accept my contribution of:

$300 for One Brick

$500 for Two Bricks

SB

Single Brick

$300.00

DB

Double Brick

$500.00

The Schervier Legacy Society

The Schervier Legacy Society was established to recognize and honor friends and family members whose generosity and support have enabled us to provide the highest quality of care for all of our residents – care they deserve and have come to expect.

Members in the Schervier Legacy Society have made a commitment to include Bon Secours New York Health System in their estate plans. Recognize that commitments are not legal documents and may be changed at any time.

You, too, can make a commitment by:

• A bequest in a will

• A life insurance policy where Bon Secours New York Health System or one of its entities is named as a beneficiary

• A gift of one’s residence or other property

• A life income gift, such as a gift annuity

Your commitment to the mission of Bon Secours New York Health System allows us to continue to focus our efforts on seniors – providing optimum care in an environment that best satisfies the needs of the individual. We will recognize members of the Legacy Society with:

• A personalized Legacy Society certificate

• Invitation to an annual Legacy Society event with the CEO, our physicians and board members

• Prayer partner – your intentions will be remembered in our daily liturgy.

• Invitations to special events

• Sign recognition in our lobby for all members
