Schervier Apartments
The Schervier Apartments are located at 2995 Independence Avenue on Schervier Nursing Care Center’s nine acre campus in Riverdale, New York. The apartments provide low income housing for the independent elderly (62 years of age or older) and mobility impaired through Section 8 federally subsidized housing sponsored by HUD.

 For independent seniors, the Schervier Apartments provides safe, affordable housing in a nurturing environment. Eligibility is determined in conformance to regulations established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. However, at this time the waiting list is closed and names are being accepted for the inquiry list only. When marketing initiatives commence, those on the inquiry list will be contacted.
